Parse datetimes with minute precision

Parses strings to Datetime values, reading year through minute. Vectorized over vectors. Unparseable inputs become NA.

Parameters

• value (String | Vector): The datetime string(s) to parse.

• tz (String): (Optional) Timezone label.

Returns

The parsed datetime(s).
